Terms & Conditions.

The terms that apply when you use our website, book a consultation or work with us.

Last updated 12 October 2026

The short version

  • Every project is covered by its own written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
  • Scope, timelines, revisions and costs are agreed in writing before work starts — and so are any changes.
  • Online consultations have a ₹29 booking fee. A booking is confirmed only once payment is confirmed.
  • Our services are customised to each client, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a service has been booked and confirmed.
  • We work hard for results, but we can't guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.
  • Third-party services such as hosting, domains, ad platforms and payment providers have their own terms.
  • Information you share with us is used only for your project, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Webelogy website, send us an enquiry, book a consultation or work with us. Webelogy is based in Janakpuri, New Delhi, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Webelogy, and "you" means the person or business using our website or services.

Project work is also covered by a written proposal or agreement. If that document says something different from these terms, the proposal or agreement applies.

02Using our website

You can use this website to learn about our services and to get in touch with us. Please do not:

  • use the website for anything unlawful or misleading;
  • try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • copy or reuse our content, design or branding without our permission.

The information on this website is general. It may change without notice and is not advice for your specific situation. For that, talk to us directly.

03Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement or commit either of us to anything. If your requirement is a good fit, we will share a proposal and quotation based on the scope we discuss.

Not every enquiry is a fit. If we can't help, we will say so. Work begins only once the proposal or agreement has been accepted in writing.

04Consultation bookings

You can book a 30-minute online consultation through our Book a Consultation page.

  • Consultations have a ₹29 booking fee, shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
  • A booking is confirmed only once your payment is confirmed. We then email you the details and a Google Meet link for the call.
  • The booking fee is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed — see Refunds and cancellations.
  • You can reschedule a confirmed booking once, to any available slot, using the link in your confirmation email.

A consultation gives general guidance based on what you share during the call. It does not start a project or commit either of us to further work.

05Projects and services

For each project, the scope, deliverables, timeline, number of revisions and costs are set out in the proposal or agreement. Any change to these — including its effect on timeline or cost — is agreed in writing before the change is made.

To keep a project on track, we will need from you:

  • your business information, content and brand assets;
  • access to the accounts and tools the work needs;
  • timely feedback and approvals at each review stage.

You make the final decisions on your brand and content; we advise and recommend. Timelines depend on feedback and materials arriving when agreed. If a delay or risk appears on either side, we will raise it early and agree a revised plan with you. Pausing a project is also agreed in writing.

06Fees, invoices and taxes

  • All charges are set out in the proposal or agreement before work begins. There are no hidden charges.
  • The payment schedule, including any advance or instalments, is set out in the proposal or agreement.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown on the invoice or proposal.
  • Receipts are issued for payments received.

For questions about an invoice, email billing@webelogy.com.

07Refunds and cancellations

All services we provide are customised to each client's individual requirements. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once a service has been booked and confirmed.

This applies to consultation booking fees as well as to projects and ongoing services. Please review the scope, deliverables and costs in your proposal or agreement carefully before you confirm.

09Third-party services

Many projects rely on services run by other companies — for example domains, hosting, software licences, advertising platforms and payment providers. These are governed by those providers' own terms and pricing.

  • Third-party costs are shown separately from our fees.
  • Advertising budgets are paid to the advertising platforms and are separate from our fees.
  • Who owns each account is agreed before it is set up.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or decisions made by third-party providers, but we will help you work through their effect on your project.

10Results

Search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, advertising platforms, competitors and your market. We focus on work that gives your business the best chance, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as a first-page ranking.

11Ownership and content

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Webelogy. Ownership of, and access to, the work we create for you is defined in your project agreement, so it is clear before work starts.

When you give us content, images, logos or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us use it for your project.

12Confidentiality and privacy

Information you share with us is used only for your project. We only access what we need for the work. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.

14Suspending access

We may suspend or end access to our website, without notice, if it is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that could harm the website, Webelogy or other people.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect a proposal or agreement you have already accepted, unless we both agree in writing.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
